E Gravity Components is a distributor of electronic components which is totally owned by E Gravity Solutions (pvt) Ltd. It is one of the fastest growing electronic component distributors in Sri Lanka. Our products and services are almost custom driven. We provide latest and most suitable electronic components to design engineers, researchers, instructors, students, resellers and buyers to meet their requirements.

Updating Stock

Our internal stock is rapidly increasing with latest technology modules and components. It facilitates professionals in the fields of electronic, electrical and industrial to do innovative system designs.

Payment

Cash on delivery for in stock items. Funds to our bank is accepted for in or outer Colombo areas. Depositor’s bank receipt should be sent to us to confirm the order. An advance payment should be made when the order places.

Delivery

Same day dispatch for in stock items after made the full payment by the customer. Delivery time may vary between 7-21 working days for non-stock items. Delivery will be made to the address defined by the customer by customer preferred courier service. Freight chargers should be paid by the customer. Company may not liable for delays due to freight and courier service problems.

Quality

E Gravity Components is committed to deliver the right product with right quality to our customers despite of the quantity of the order. We are fully responsible for selling items, since we purchase all the items directly from original manufactures or resellers authorized by original manufactures.

Warranty

E Gravity Components ensure to transfer manufacture’s warranty to the customers. Six months E Gravity warranty will apply for specified items according to our policies. No any warranty for misused items.

Returns

Customer should inform about the defective items within 3 days from delivery. After getting the company approval to return the item that may subject to replacement or to refund according to our policies. E Gravity bill should be submitted when returning.
